This Video Of Chapecoense Plane Crash Survivor Alan Ruschel In Rehab Is The Definition Of Inspiring

Don’t feel like going to the gym after work? Watch this video, then come talk to me.

Alan Ruschel, a Brazilian defender, is one of just six survivors from the crash of LaMia Airlines Flight 2933, the fateful flight that killed 71 passengers, including 19 Chapecoense players.

Back in November, top flight Brazilain soccer team Chapecoense was involved in a fatal plane crash outside of Medellin. Ruschel, who miraculously survived, was the first person to arrive at the hospital. Somehow, a video showed Ruschel walking again only a few days after the crash.

Now, he’s doing more than walking. he’s trying to get back on the field.

Via Google Translate, the caption reads:

“Thank you my God for one more day and one more step in the recovery. Balanced force, we move on.”

Hopefully, you don’t need to survive a plane crash to motivate you to do something you want to do. Be like Alan Ruschel. Get out there and do it.
