The Saint Francis Red Flash was facing off against the Wagner Seahawks in the semifinals of the Northeast Conference Tournament. With just seconds left in the game, #4 Saint Francis was down 70-68 and royally struggling to get a good look at the basket. Keith Braxton was forced to throw up a wild shot at the buzzer, and miraculously, his prayer was answered.

Watch the freshman guard drill an absurd buzzer beater to send #3 Wagner packing.

DAGGGGGERRRRRRRRRR!!! What a cruel f*cking way to have your season end. Having the ball roll around like that before going into the hoop must’ve been pure torture. The Seahawks did everything right, as they were able to make Saint Francis take a terrible shot. But as Wagner learned the hard way, there is no defense for the perfect offense.

With a trip to the NCAA Tournament on the line, Saint Francis will battle #1 Mount St. Mary’s in the NEC Championship on Tuesday, March 7 at 7:00 P.M. ET on ESPN2. Let’s hope that Braxton has some more theatrics left in him, and he can keep putting the Red Flash on his back like he’s Greg Jennings.
