In what seems to be a huge waste of everyone’s time, the electoral college vote is today because millions of people were upset with the results of the election, and cried and pouted until they got what they wanted. That’s not to say I’m any kind of Trump supporter because I’m not, but this is just coming across to me as sour grapes. While losing the popular vote to Hilary Clinton, Donald Trump won 306 electoral votes, which was more than the 270 he needed to become President.

While Trump is most likely going to win the Electoral College vote today, it’s still a good idea to keep an eye out to see how it turns out today. Although technically the Electoral College Voters have the right to change their vote if they feel the President-Elect isn’t a suitable candidate for office, this isn’t likely to be the year where they exercise that right. With that being said, many members of the Electoral College have requested a briefing on whether or not Russia has interfered with the election.
