Hillary Clinton Will Be Giving Her Concession Speech At 10:30 A.M., Here’s How To Watch

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is going speak for the first time Wednesday morning after her unexpected loss to Republican Donald Trump in the 2016 race for the White House. Clinton is scheduled to appear at the New Yorker Hotel’s Grand Ballroom in New York City at 10:30 A.M. EST, her campaign announced.

Donald Trump finished with 276 electoral college votes, and Clinton ended up with 218. Clinton, who had a chance to be the first woman elected president, was ahead in most major polls leading up to the election. In fact, she was projected to pick up a slim victory over Trump. However, Trump took the key states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida en route to one of the most shocking political victories in American history. Donald Trump will be sworn into the presidency on Friday, January 20, 2017.

Hillary was able to win swing states such as Virginia, Colorado, and Nevada, Trump’s victories in states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Wisconsin. Clinton’s speech, like Trump’s, is sure to be an interesting one, so find out how to tune in below.
