With the Summer Olympics right around the corner, we figured it would be a perfect time to get familiar with U.S. Olympic runner Kate Grace. The Los Angeles, California native is a middle distance runner, and she specializes in 800 meter and 1,500 meter events. Kate was a four-time All-American during her time at Yale University, but she doesn’t have much experience on the international circuit. Her only medal was won at the 2014 IAAF World Relays, as she took home silver in the 4 x 1,500 meter relay.
But who needs experience when you are peaking at the right time? On Monday, July 4, Kate won the 800 meter final at the U.S. Olympic Trials with a time of 1:59.10. With that victory, the 27-year-old punched her ticket to Rio. To celebrate Kate making her first Olympics, let’s take a look at 22 of her hottest photos. You don’t need an Ivy League education to appreciate Kate’s mind-blowing abs.
