One of the most highly anticipated Champions League matchups is today as Barcelona plays host to Manchester City in a showdown that is sure to be one of the best of the year. Both of these teams are at the pinnacle of the Champions league and Barca boss, Luis Enrique, has gone on to say that he “cannot imagine a better game” for Barcelona and Manchester City fans.
While this is an exciting matchup to behold, Barcelona does have history on its side, having won all four previous matchups with Manchester City. Barcelona has won their first two group games against Celtic and Borussia Monchengladbach. The Spanish champions also earned a 4-0 win over Deportivo over the weekend. As for Manchester City, manager Pep Guardiola must be dreading his return to Camp Nou. Manchester City has failed to win any of their last three matches in all competitions. The last away game they played was against Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month and they were beaten 2-0.
For the fans, though, this is a matchup that they have been waiting to see, two of the world’s football heavyweights go at it in the group stages. To make sure that they don’t, here are the different ways that you can view Barca vs. Man City.
