Thank God. Honestly, this is what this country needs right now. Just a solid 30 minutes (I’m assuming it’s only half hour long) of absolutely minimal brain activity and maximum enjoyment. That’s what VH1 is hoping Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party brings the American people — some much-needed food/pot based R&R. Nothing like distracting yourself from the horrors of the presidential election and the death of Harambe then watching Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart eat dinner together.
Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party will combine a mixture of things pop culture currently loves: food, celebrities, cocktails, and entertainment.
Needless to say, Snoop is hyped. He and Martha have been homies since working on ABC’s 250,000 Pyramid and their friendship grew to the point where Snoop appeared on her show a couple of times.
In a press release, Snoop said:“My homegirl, Martha and I have a special bond that goes back,” Snoop said via press release. “We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together!”
Hopefully, he means roll literally.
Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party premieres November 7 on VH1.
