The Summer Olympics will be here before you know it, so let’s take a few minutes to get acquainted with U.S. pole vaulter Sandi Morris. Sandi is from Greenville, South Carolina, and she began her college career at the University of North Carolina, but she would later transfer and graduate from the University of Arkansas. Sandi is really starting to make a name for herself in the pole vaulting game, as she came in 2nd place at both the 2014 and 2015 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She took things up a notch in 2016, taking 1st at the USA Indoor Track and Field Championships and coming in 2nd at the World Indoor Championships.

Sandi will now look to keep her momentum going and punch her ticket to Rio. The U.S. Olympic Trials will hold the qualifying round for pole vaulting on Friday, July 8, and the final round will take place on Sunday, July 10. Coincidentally, Sandi will celebrate her 24th birthday on July 8. If that’s not a sign that she’s going to crush the competition and make her Olympic debut, then I don’t know what is.

Sandi is a lock to represent the U.S. at the Olympics, and these 22 photos are guaranteed to melt your computer screen.
