Miguel Leiva, a survive from the terrorist attack at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando has released cell phone footage he took while hiding out in a bathroom stall during the three hour ordeal.
In an interview with WPLG on Wednesday, Leiva shared a video he took while hiding inside the bathroom stall. He took the video to send to his girlfriend after she found out about the shooting.
‘We just stood quiet, and everyone’s phone kept ringing,’ Leiva said. ‘The only way we knew to let our families know we’re OK was just to record it and let them hear we’re trying to be quiet and send the video.’
