LISTEN: First Day Out Tha Feds, Gucci Mane Stream: New Mixtape

Gucci Mane will release First Day Out Tha Feds at 10:17 PM tonight–not even 48 hours after the rapper had gotten out of jail. The title of the new mixtape is a reference to an earlier record he released in 2009, “First Day Out,” which was also dropped after a previous stint in jail.
The rapper broke the news on Twitter Friday morning, with a #RiseandGrind tweet and then the announcement.

His girlfriend Keyshia Kaoir, picked him up from United States Penitentiary Terre Haute, and immediately began to Snapchat the return of the trap god. She’s been documenting his release pretty regularly, sharing videos of his new car, how he looks after three years in jail, and the house where he’ll be serving the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.

But even better than a Snapchat preview is the full song itself, which just was posted to Soundcloud. The single “First Day Out Tha Feds” is produced by Mike Will Made It. Listen to it below:

Gucci also shared the lyrics to the song on Twitter.
