Little Boy Ruins $1.5 Million Painting, Will Make You Feel Better About Your Student Loans

You’ve seen those “it was at this moment, he knew he f*cked up” videos, right? This 12 year old boy punching a hole through a $1.5 million painting is a prime example of that type of moment.
For those unfamiliar, this is what I’m talking about:

Absolutely incredible.
Anyway, this 12 year old Taiwanese boy punched a hole in an extremely valuable Paolo Porpora painting, called “Flowers”, after apparently tripping and trying to catch his balance on the artwork. The piece was displayed as part of “The Face of Leonardo, Images of a Genius” exhibition at Huashan 1914 Creative Park in Taipei. Suddenly, my student loan debt doesn’t seem that bad.

However, luckily for him and his family, the museum is not holding the boy responsible for the damage to the painting. You could say this little dude dodged a bullet.
I’ll tell you what though, I’m not quite sold this was an accident. Put yourself in his shoes: you’re a 12 year old boy, which is primetime trouble making age. Your Mom drags you on this deathly boring art tour, and you’re just not f*cking having it. So what do you do to get her back? You punch a hole in a nearly priceless painting, putting her in debt for the rest of her life! Ha! That’ll teach Mom to stop dragging you to those stupid art shows alright.
