Lollapalooza 2014 kept right on rolling along yesterday, with more than two dozen acts tearing up Grant Park. It was a beautiful day in Chicago, with a high in the mid-80s and nary a cloud or drop of rain along the lakefront. The perfect night for some acts to blow the minds of Windy City residents and visitors alike. [photo: Theo Wargo/Getty Images]

Outkast closed things out on the big Samsung Galaxy stage last night, performing some of their best loved favorites, including this relatively epic version of “Hey Ya.” It looks like they haven’t gotten bored with played pretty much ever big festival of the past few months. The years have treated this song well, and makes us even more excited to see Andre 3000 in the upcoming Jimi Hendrix biopic…

Alabama-born musician Matthew Houck, better known as Phosphorescent, played an hour long set on that same stage earlier in the afternoon, and just about brought the house down with “The Quotidian Beasts,” off his most recent album “Muchacho”..

After advocating for marijuana use, GroupLove absolutely lit up the crowd at the Bud Light Stage with their hit song “Tongue Tied.” Many of the people in attendance said that their set was among the best they’ve seen at Lolla this year, and this video of their performance pretty much convinces us…
