This year marks the 30th anniversary of Ghostbusters–which is still the most successful comedy of all time. Now the classic is going to rake in a few extra bucks for Sony Picture, with Ghostbusters getting a 30th Anniversary release in theaters for one week.

If you didn’t grow up in the 80s and never experienced the joy of watching the original Ghostbusters in a movie theater, you’ll get your chance this on Labor Day weekend. The movie starring Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, the late Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson about a team of paranormal exterminators who fight a Sumerian death god to save New York City will get a nationwide release on August 29th in select theaters. The movie has also been restored with a new 4K scan that makes all the proton beams and class 5 full roaming vapors look even sharper on the big screen. Sony released a new trailer announcing the special re-release of the film…

The movie isn’t the only thing getting a re-release for the Ghostbusters 30th anniversary. The official Ghostbusters store also announced that they are releasing another vinyl album of the original Ghostbusters soundtrack featuring the iconic Ghostbusters theme song that became the only No. 1 hit for musician Ray Parker, Jr. These look like the same record store day pressings but they won’t be individually numbered. The record not only features the theme song, a dance remix, instrumental music and a dub version of the theme song but it also glows in the dark and gives off an eerie, green glow that looks like it’s possessed by Slimer.
