We know that it’s National Cereal Day, but we’re still spoiling Kellogg’s special promotion for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. According to the executives there, you have to buy some cereal to join in the “Web-Slinging Game” that Kellogg’s made for the iPhone. You download the app, point your phone at your cereal boxes, and get access to special video.

Which is really neat, but let’s go ahead and watch the videos without all of that trouble–because “exclusive footage” means nothing in the Wild Wild West that is the internet.

Each video shows off some interesting footage of the new villains that Spidey will have to face when the new movie hits theaters on May 2nd, and is narrated by Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee. We’ll start with our first extended look at the maniac who will become Rhino–as played by Paul Giamatti. It doesn’t show Rhino’s bionically enhanced Rhino suit. It’s just the crazy guy pulling some kind of insane caper involving stolen plutonium but it does do a good job of setting up the character for the big reveal in the movie…

The next clip explains just a tiny bit of the tenuous conflict between Harry Osborn, played by Dane DeHaan, and Peter Parker, played by Andrew Garfield, or at least alludes to it at the very end…

Finally, we get to see some true hero-on-villain action with Jamie Foxx as Electro as he and Spider-Man face off for the first time in the middle of Times Square. Check it all out, and join us in having Amazing Spider-Man 2 on your list of the Most Anticipated Movies of 2014
