Bar Paly is in Non-Stop, and her turn as a hot passenger is easily the most welcome thing in the movie. We wish that her role was bigger, but at least this Israeli model isn’t as wasted in the movie as ladies like Michelle Dockery and Lupita Nyong’o. We’d complain that this talented gal isn’t given enough to do, but at least Bar Paly makes some sense in the movie. She’s sexy and flirty–and, given how dopey Non-Stop ends up being–we should just be grateful that her role wasn’t given to Roseanne Barr.
We’re still just happy to see Bar Paly back on the big screen. It’s been a long wait since she showed up in Michael Bay’s Pain & Gain last year. Before that, we had to settle for Bar’s big beauty stuck on the small screen–although she was sure welcome in our living rooms while showing up on episodes of How I Met Your Mother and The Starter Wife.
At least Bar had a recurring role on The Starter Wife. She seemed a little ludicrous in a small role as a sexy archeologist in the 2008 horror film The Ruins, but that wasn’t her fault. Moviegoers couldn’t know that the gal was smart enough to get showcased like Bar was in Pain & Gain–which is still the role that’s really taken advantage of Bar as a serious actress. Even if she was the funniest thing in the movie.
Bar also got our pulses racing more than anything in Non-Stop. We’re hoping that the upcoming Jon Hamm baseball movie Million Dollar Arm does better by Bar. For now, strap yourselves in for a wild ride as you check out Bar’s streamlined bod. She’ll get you flying…
