If you’re someone who likes adventure but can’t afford to get off your couch, the Dos Equis “Stay Thirsty Grant” is something you should definitely look into. The “Most Interesting Beer In the World” is ready to give one deserving person up to $25,000 to fulfill their dreams of going on an unforgettable journey.
The premise is simple, winning it is not. But if you’re serious about your passions and interest in the world around you, The Stay Thirsty Grant is an excellent opportunity. Just look at some examples of what previous winners have done:
• One group traveled to Bhutan to explore why the South Asian country is the epicenter of happiness.
• Last year’s winners traveled to the Ruwenzori mountains, home to one of the few glaciers that exist on the equator. They’re unfortunately rapidly disappearing but the two winners of the 2013 “Stay Thirsty Grant” made a documentary called Snows of the Nile which was screened at the New York Film Festival. Our platonic friends over at College Candy scored an exclusive viewing at The Explorer’s Club last week and couldn’t stop talking about it. We’ve included a trailer for the film below but apparently it doesn’t even come close to doing the movie justice.
