The “50 Most Popular Women on the Web (According to Google)” is our favorite annual end-of-the-year tradition here at COED. Not only does it provide the definitive answer to which female has garnered the most Google results, it gives us a great opportunity to wrap up a year of crazy entertainment and celebrity news.
We’ve been doing this post for four years now, so we know to expect the unexpected. Like last year, when Lana Del Rey won the crown of “The Most Popular Woman on the Internet.” Or when Justin Bieber placed #7 back in 2010 (OK, that was our doing). So what surprises does 2013 hold? Only one way to find out: check it out the full post below.
The one thing we can tell you up front is that we aren’t doctoring any of the results. What you see is real. And to prove that, we’re once again disclosing our methodology for how we came across our numbers. Of course, that’s not going to stop you all from arguing and trying to stir controversy but that’s all part of the game. We welcome the debate.
