Frank Stallone’s Career Is On eBay—-Which Explains What’s Worse Than Syfy
Show business is a funny business. One minute, you’re the hottest ticket in town and the next, you don’t have enough money to buy a ticket to see Grown Ups 2 in a dollar cinema. If you’re the brother or sister of a famous person, that already works against you and no one seems to know this sorry tale of Tinseltown better than professional Hollywood sibling Frank Stallone.
The brother of Rocky and Demolition Man star Sylvester Stallone has been making the rounds on his musical talent since he’s penned and performed a couple of hits back in the day for films like Staying Alive, which earned his song Far From Over a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Unfortunately, it looks like he hasn’t gotten many gigs lined up so he’s selling the chance to have “The Frank” appear at your New Year’s Eve party on eBay.
His auction will give one lucky bidder the chance to have Sly’s brother appear at your New Year’s Eve party and perform live for you and your guests for the rock bottom bid price of $20,000 and up. It should be noted that this isn’t just a way for Frank to score himself a gig. A portion of the money raised from the auction will go the Wounded Warrior Project.
It still feels like a low point for the guy. Putting yourself up on eBay, the place where the world goes to trade each other’s garage sale grade junk, isn’t something any of us would want on our resumes.
