It’s Official: Chocolate Is ‘Incredibly Good’ For Your Health
You see that headline? Not just good for you, INCREDIBLY beneficial to your health. Pack your bags for Hershey because we’re all going skinny dipping in one of their Willy Wonka rivers that most definitely exists.
Here are the details of the study, via MSN:
A study in August found that older people who drank two cups of cocoa every day had an increase in blood flow to the brain, and that their memory and thinking skills improved. Chocolate can also help you avoid heart attacks and lose weight. You read that right — the fiber in chocolate actually suppresses appetite, so if you allow yourself a chocolate snack, you’ll likely eat fewer calories that day. And since dark chocolate is better for you, you should generally eat the darkest chocolate you can handle. We have a feeling that won’t be a problem.
You see? How much greater is life right now than it was 2 minutes ago? This is assuming a new study doesn’t come out tomorrow saying chocolate is the worst thing in the world to consume. Because it will, and I will ignore it wholeheartedly.
