The Beer Professor’s Top 10 Favorite Beers

By The Professor JW Faulkner – @EngProfJW

This Saturday, it’s your pal and favorite Beer Professor’s Birfffday! It would be very easy to misunderstand this list as a way to promote my own favorites so you will know exactly what beers to get me. But that is not true, my intentions are far more benevolent. In many ways I am like the Beer Jesus, and this list is more for you than me so you have some great beers to try. See, even during my Birfffday week I am thinking of my readers.

*A quick note about the list: It would have been easy to create a list of my favorite obscure beers only three people have tried. Instead, I focused on the question, “If you could only drink 10 beers for an extended period, what beers are you drinking?” So without further delay, and in no particular order, here are my favoritest beers for my Birfffday.

    1. F.O.R.T. Pie Debye says:

Yeah right, the only beers I see here are American/British IPA's and ales… Consider some European beers, as they're quite different in taste. E.g. try a Rochefort 10, Chimay (Red/White/Blue), Karmeliet Tripel, Duvel (probably sold in the USA, it's one of the standard beers in the Netherlands/Belgium).
