A great moment that would make even the biggest Oklahoma or Texas fan respect the Cornhusker state.

Back in April of 2011, Jack Hoffman was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The little trooper has had two surgeries since and is now on a break for two weeks from a 60-week chemotherapy course.

A crowd of 60,000 viewing the Nebraska Spring game rose to their feet to cheer on their 7-year-old hero break away for a 69-yard touchdown.

Judging by his massive heart and breakaway speed, it wouldn’t be surprising once Jack dominates cancer that this won’t the last you see him on the football field.
