“March Madness.” “The Dance.” “The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.” Whatever you want to call it, that awesome period in the American sports calendar is finally back.
I don’t know about you all, but I’m feeling pretty good about my bracket this year. I can tell you that Kansas is going to win with confidence in my voice because I haven’t watched enough college games to actually know just how wrong I am. But you know what? No one can. No one watches enough tape or footage to accurately predict what’s going to happen. Each and every year, the people who win the brackets either get lucky or had enough pride in their cinderella school to pick them to go all the way to the Final Four.
That’s why I don’t put too much thought into March Madness. It’s all about watching great defense, close games, and cheering for whatever team is playing Duke.
One thing we do take pretty seriously, though, are the college basketball cheerleaders. These ladies know full well that the entire nation is watching them, so let them know what you think.
