Kevin Smith Celebrates 20th Anniversary Of ‘Clerks’ By Announcing Work Has Begun On ‘Clerks 3′
The screenshot below might not look like much, but rest assured that Kevin Smith has just grabbed the attention of film fanatics everywhere. At 4:20 this morning, Kevin uploaded the title page of the Clerks 3 script to his Facebook account. Not one to mince words, the acclaimed filmmaker announced that “it will be the best film I ever make.”
This news is particularly interesting because just a few months ago Kevin was quoted as saying that he wanted to do Clerks 3 as a book first. Whether or not he’s moving forward with that idea is anyone’s guess. All the same, fans of the Quick Stop are all sorts of excited.
