Just when you thought a woman escaping the police in a Power Wheels truck was going to be the weirdest story you heard all day, in comes China to steal ~~all of our jobs~~ the award. [lead image via Shutterstock]

It was reported today that Gou Wen was fined $300 for sending a thoughtful gift to the girl of his dreams, 19-year-old Chinese student Zeng Lin. His gift of choice was a bottle of semen.

What’s odd about this story isn’t that this was the first bottle of semen that had been delivered to Zeng’s house, but that she thought it was facial moisturizer. Only after Zeng’s roommate explained to her that “it didn’t quite smell like face cream,” (source)did she realize what she had done.

I’d like to leave you readers with some witty thoughts or jokes, but I don’t really think that it’s possible to top the idea that only once Zeng realized the distinct smell of semen on her face did she understand what had just happened.
