Gucci Mane the rapper took to Twitter this morning (Monday, March 4th) to proclaim that he would be changing his name to Guwop forever.

Cut to 37 minutes later, when Gucci tweeted this.

Forgive me if I’m somewhat surprised Gucci Mane’s fans actually helped the rapper who has an ice cream cone tattoo on his face come to a smart conclusion.

So in recognition of one of the worst rapper name changes ever, I suggest we take a look at 14 other MCs who should have left their names alone.

Barring another absurd Gucci Mane face tattoo, this will likely be the last time you see his mug on any lead images. Fans, enjoy it while it lasts.
