This weekend, CNN published a video documenting the effect of smoking 1.4 grams of marijuana will have on drivers. The most important thing that viewers learned was that somewhere in Seattle there is a cute girl named Addy who can smoke weed and drive. Above you’ll find some admittedly enjoyable outtakes from the dashcam in Addy’s car.
