According to Celebbuzz, Michael Phelps has a new girlfriend named Sarah Herndon. How do they know? Because she told them so in a 4-minute-long interview. Which begs the question, “What kind of girlfriend spills the beans like that?” The kind of girlfriend who knows an opportunity when she sees one.

If you’ll believe Sarah’s story, the two started hooking up immediately after the 11-time gold medalist dumped Megan Rossee but before he slept with that chick who sold a sextape for $60k.
