40 Reasons To Hate Public Transportation [PHOTOS]

As someone who lives in New York City, I definitely appreciate public transportation for its cost efficiency, ease, and speed. The only wildcard is that you’re never aware of who you’ll be sitting or standing next to.

Luckily mass transit has gotten a lot safer (check out what the NYC subways were like in the 70′s/80′s) but that hasn’t stopped the riders from getting any less crazy. Here’s just a small sample of some of the weird straphangers that have ever been captured on camera.
