We’re pretty much ok with any scenario in which an attractive young woman replaces a withering old man.

New Year’s Eve is no exception. Yes, Ryan Seacrest actually replaced Dick Clark for New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, but he’s just another gob of plastic surgery waiting to grow old and frightening. Hagendorf will be hosting via Livestream, and we’d bet money to say that she’ll be making a name for herself Monday night.

She’s currently the host of CW’s “The Next: Fame Is At Your Doorstep,” a reality game show to discover unsigned talent, but as we said, fame is at her doorstep right now. Before you start funneling champagne Monday, take a look at some pics of Allison, some courtesy of our friends at Maxim.
