As far as I can tell, the only “art” involved with mixed martial arts is the art of seeing how much pain you can inflict and endure. However, not even that Himalayan mountain of broken bones and shattered cartilage could reproduce the anguish that Ray Elbe felt when he suffered his latest injury.

In fact, it’s guaranteed to make every man wince with pain and wish they could un-read what they are about to read. So let’s just get it off quickly like a band-aid on an unshaven ass: Ray Elbe broke his penis.

That’s not a medical term or a euphemism for a particularly rough sex session. He literally broke his “ultimate fighter.” The fighter took to YouTube to talk about his bloody, painful and debilitating injury. Ironically, it happened not in the ring, but during sex with his girlfriend.

Soooo… does that mean she gets to wear the championship belt around the house?
