      The people recording this have to be freaks. You have to be a pervert to video tape a child that is not yours. If you look on the mother's face, that's exactly what she's thinking. This had the potential to be a very funny video, but now it's just disturbing because of all the freaks with cameras who refused to stop taping even when the mother asked. Who does that? And then tape when the child falls? Get a life.
