Yes, we’ve been a little heavy on the food stuff recently, but I had to share these brilliant Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes created by Smitten Kitchen. Unfortunately, the Guinness used in the batter bakes out when the cupcakes cook, which is why each cupcake has a hole in the center that gets filled with Irish whiskey and the frosting is make of fresh Baileys.

So get fat. Get drunk. Get your girlfriend in the kitchen to start baking.
