Taryn Terrell shows up on Treme

(9 pm EST, HBO)

Treme is about people surviving Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans–and this season has given all the residents a good reason to hang around the devastated city. Taryn Terrell has been definitely beautifying the scene in her recurring role that’s only set for six appearances.

It’s still a big move for the bikini model who’s also wowed the fans as a woman wrestler for the WWE (before moving on to the aptly-named TNA). Taryn got off to a big start in her acting career with a move to the multiplexes in this year’s summer comedy The Campaign. She’s also set to appear in Spike Lee’s upcoming American adaptation of Oldboy–which also films in New Orleans, where Taryn used to be a college student earning her degree in marketing. (We kept up on all via Twitter, where she recently moved to a new account.)
