When we first heard that Katie Cassidy was going to be a regular on the CW’s new show Arrow, we were more than intrigued. That’s why we placed her as #3 on our list of “Sexiest Woman on Fall TV.” Katie’s been the talk of the town since she landed a recurring role on Gossip Girl two years ago, then absolutely killed it in the serial mystery Harper’s Island. Since her character on Arrow is Dinah “Laurel” Lance (the love interest of the lead), I think it’s safe to say that we’ll be seeing her for quite some time.
