Arrested Man So Drunk Police Have To Hold His Head For His Mugshot [VIDEO]

The image pretty much says it all. According to ABC News, the man above — arrested outside of a Humble, Texas bar — was so hammered when he arrived at the police station officers had to hold his head up to take his mugshot.

Little else is known about the man except that his name is Sean Carl Payton, he’s 35 years old, and if I know anything about Texas cops, he probably has a nasty bruise on the back of his head.
