Paul Scheer and Comedians on Late Shows [COMEDY TONIGHT]

Paul Scheer is one of the funniest gap-toothed comedians around. You know him from the highly improvised comedy show, The League. You might also remember him from the MTV  sketch show, Human Giant – which also featured Aziz Ansari and Rob Huebel. Tune in tonight and catch him on one of the late shows.

Read on to find out who else is being served up in the late night “chuckle attic .” (NOTE: The term “chuckle attic” is a copyrighted phrase. Any unauthorized use will result in an unwanted STD.)

Tracy Morgan, on Late Show with David Letterman (CBS | 11:35 PM EST)

Tracy Morgan cracks my sh*t up. The comedy star appeared for eight seasons as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and now is known for his role as Tracy Jordan on the NBC series 30 Rock. (Kind of a big leap with the character name on the show.) Tracy started as a stand up – and occasionally gets flack when audience members tweet his material out of context. Tonight you can see him on Letterman’s couch.

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (NBC | 12:35 AM EST)

Our apologies. No comedy guests tonight.

Paul Scheer on Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC |12:05 AM EST)

This man has such amazing, under-the-radar comedy creds. Scheer was one of our favorite commentators on all those VH1 I Love the (70′s, 80′s,90′s) shows. He got his start as a member of Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York, and has gone on to appear in such comedy shows as  30 Rock, Childrens Hospital, and Parks and Recreation. You can currently catch Scheer as a regular on The League.

Matt Kirshen on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (CBS|12:35 AM EST)

Hey! It’s Matt Kirshen. I just saw him two days ago milling around the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. The British comedian has a stage presence that’s as likable as it gets. He appeared on Last Comic Standing – and now you can see him tonight on Ferguson.

Adam Sandler on Conan (TBS|10 PM EST)

Conan and Sandler. Sandler and Conan. Every time I see Adam Sandler on a late night talk show, he’s always dressed like somebody on his way to clean an attic. Does the guy purposely dress down – to be ironic? Tune in to Conan tonight and see if he looks like he’s dressed for moving day.

The Tonight Show w/Jay Leno (NBC|11:35/10:35)

Sorry. No comedy guests tonight.
