August 14th was Steve Martin’s birthday—so we’re writing about him today because that’s just the kind of offbeat thing that Steve would like. Yeah, go along with that. The important thing is that Steve Martin has given much pleasure to all kinds of people, from regular folks to hip indie types to guys who still get stoned and listen to his comedy albums.
