Strikeforce Female Champion Ronda Rousey took some time out of her difficult training schedule to teach Playmate Carmen Electra a thing or two about self-defense and fitness. There’s no doubt in my mind that this is a PR stunt but hey, it worked. It’s not like COED isn’t going to post some sexy photos of fit girls sweating and punching each other right? The photoshoot (I’m going to go ahead and call it that) comes at a pretty critical time for Ronda. The ESPN Body Issue girl has been taking some heat for telling of Kim Kardashian off.
