Today in Los Angeles, Lindsay Lohan got into a car wreck while driving a rented Porsche. She was taken to the hospital under precautionary measures, but left soon afterwards to return to shooting “Liz and Dick.” If anyone has ever doubted her commitment to a comeback, you’ve gotta think that leaving the hospital to film a made for TV Lifetime Movie hours after crushing a sports car has got to be a sign that she’s on the right path. Oh, you’re curious how she missed a towering 18-wheeler in front of her? I don’t have an answer for that.
Let’s just concentrate on what’s important. Lilo is fine. Word on the street is that even though the car’s airbags didn’t deploy, she had two backups that worked just perfectly. Check out scenes from the wreck below.

I hope she's alright. I'm a truck driver in the North East and anything is possible. It would really suck to meet her like that. Trucks do have blind spots.
Glad that she came out okay and was able to walk on her own to shoot her drama. Car accidents are always uncalled for and most often than not, are caused by negligence and recklessness of the drivers. Some drivers are selfish and do not regard the safety of other road users. This mindset should be banished completely and car and other vehicle drivers should only practice courtesy and be considerate at all times. Also, always bear in mind that each time you can see a vehicle, it does not necessarily mean its driver can see you too. Always practice safe driving and stay away from other vehicles' blind spots.
