We’ve been eating hummus, falaffel, and pita all day in celebration of Israeli Independance Day (Yom Ha’atzmaut). It’s not because we’re particularly religious or political, but because we feel the need to thank the nation that’s delivered us women like Bar Refaeli, Esti Ginsberg, and much more.
