The purpose of a restaurant is to make food that will entice customers. The purpose of a professional photographer is to capture beautiful images. Why do they do it? Some restaurants insist on taking their own photos of food found on the menu. The result is sometimes the opposite of what was intended: it actually repulses people from eating at the establishment. Simple Formula: If you’re not a good photographer, don’t take pictures of the food you’re selling.
