Believe it or not, April 7th is National Beer Day! On this day 79 years ago, FDR signed the Cullen-Harrison act which effectively allowed each state to be able to sell beer again legally. In retrospect, Prohibition was one of the biggest mistakes in United States legislative history. As it was happening, I’m sure European countries were just looking at us thinking to themselves “WTF?” So, as a hat tip to the old country, we’ve decided to let the Germans show us how to properly celebrate National Beer Day: hot beer maidens hooking up with each other.
