Before there’s a new team raising the Lombardi Trophy tomorrow night, I thought we should take a look at the previous Super Bowl rings. It’s crazy to see how outlandish the rings were even back in the mid-to-late 60s. While the NFL now pays a hefty sum for 150 of the rings to be made, there’s no way the Green Bay Packers didn’t pony up some extra cash for the Super Bowl XLV 105-diamond ring. Owners can choose whoever they want to make their rings, but Josten in Denton, TX has made 28 of the 45 Super Bowl Rings. If the Giants win this year, my money’s on Tiffany’s making ‘em.
