Happy Groundhog Day! Since we here in NYC have been experiencing one of the mildest winters in a long time, we thought it was a forgone conclusion that Punxsutawney Phil wouldn’t see his shadow and we’d be swimming in an early Spring. Well, we were wrong – 6 more weeks of winter. What a load of sh*t. He punk’d us all. At least, there’s this stat – “[A]ccording to the StormFax Weather Almanac and records kept since 1887, Phil’s predictions have been correct 39% of the time.” Phil’s a prankster, straight up.
