When picking a college, normally you take a look at the cheesy recruiter’s video that gives you a virtual tour of the campus then maybe you visit the campus for the actual tour. The guide will usually rattle off some fun facts and tidbits about movies that filmed there or cherished traditions. If he feels the crowd’s fading he’ll name drop some famous or notable alumni. Usually sports teams owners aren’t mentioned. Why? They’re regarded as the scum of the Earth – vile human beings who are greedy penny pinchers.
