Calm Down Everyone, It’s Just a GTA V Trailer [VIDEO]

Hey look everybody, it’s the first trailer for GTA V! If you haven’t seen it yet, prepare yourself because you’re about to see… a plane flying! And a bunch of immigrant workers getting gassed! Am I missing something here? Gamespot even thought it was necessary to do an in-depth analysis of this, and their narrator repeats himself over and over again. Seriously guys, calm down. This minute and half movie compiled of various cut-scenes really doesn’t show anything that’s worth going on about. All we’ve really learned is that the protagonist is an older white guy living in LA and there are going to be convertibles (something I actually haven’t heard anyone else mention but I think is somewhat interesting). Are you still going to be able to fly? Of course. Kill hookers? Duh. I’m still waiting to be impressed.

      It's hella interesting. We know where the game is set, we know the main guy is Tommy Vercetti. We know the GFX are amazing and the city design is awesome.

      We also know the game is set at present day, and is centered around the recession.

      We can speculate, multiple playable characters (probs one is CJ), and we will be able to fly planes (something we missed in GTA IV).

      A whole lot of exciting info =)

        tommy vercetti would be old as fucking shit. this is set in today's times. its not him.

        just because you see a black person doesn't mean its CJ

        the graphics really aren't anything to talk about because these are all gameplay.

        i'm sorry, but nothing you said is correct BUT i do appreciate your input. that's why we put this stuff up

        Tommy Vercetti is in his 20's in Vice City.
        Present day he would be in his 50's

        We see in the trailer, an old guy (about 50), oh and the guy is voiced by Ray Liotta (who voiced Tommy Vercetti).

        Like I said, multiple playable characters have been roumered, so you may not always play as him.

        BTW. CJ lives in San Andreas, his default look is the blue jeans white wifebeater. We see in the trailer a guy who looks alot like CJ, wearing that exact same costume. SO I think it is fair to assume CJ could in the game.

        Planes have been done before, but as I said, they were sorely missed in GTA IV. Therefore the readdition of planes in GTA V is something to look forward to.

        The game engine for GTA IV allowed Rockstar to produce one of the most amazing feats in city-creation we have seen in a long time. We can assume the maps will be 3p1c.

        Besides all that though, the setting and story for GTA V have been hot topic amongst fans for a long time, alot of people speculated a return to either SA or VC. We finally get to find out where the game is set (SA) and we get the nice touch of seing our favourite character return (Tommy Vercetti). And we can see form the trailer that the story is based on recession, and Tommy's attempt to lead a normal crime free life. These 2 things alone are enough to get excited about.

        Besides, since we only knew a game was around the corner due to leaked info, it's nice to finally see (after months of waiting for an official annoucement) that Rockstar have finally officially announced the game.

        The game should be coming out around mid 2012, so it's a long wait yet. But plenty more teasers to come…

        The one thing that I'm 100% positive of is that the voice of the narrator in the trailer is NOT Ray Liotta.

      The gamespot analysis is terrible. Check out IGN's rewind theatre, then you'll understand why this trailer is so 3pic.

      ohh wow, I did not know that this game has been launched. This is my best game ever.
      I have been playing this game from last 3 years. Its awesome. ;)
