The Superficial posted this picture of Kim Kardashian standing next to an x-ray of what she and her sister, Khloe, claim to be Kim’s butt. My eyes were magically drawn to that one semi-dark splotch in the northeastern region. WTF is that? Did she lose Kris Humphries’ watch up there? Or did Bret Lockett hide his cell there so no one could track their sexts? Also, there appears to be a hot dog lodged in her thigh.
