2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model Irina Shayk appeared on the Today Show this morning to talk about her reaction to getting the cover. She mentioned she had no idea who it would be and was surprised when Letterman called her name. “We Russians, you know, we know all the secrets, but I didn’t know I was landing on the cover of Sports Illustrated, and it was so surprising to me,” she added. “I was in shock; I was crying.” Normally, we’re not fans of crying women, but somehow Irina managed to make it look hot.
