Jilliian’s a 24 year old model from Santa Monica, CA who’s probably one of the more creative Miss COEDs we’ve ever had. As far as her personality goes, she characterizes herself as “irrepressible, inimitable, reliable” and “loyal”. Her likes on Facebook include Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.
