For most of us, the 80s was that special time in our young lives when we woke up early just to watch 8 straight hours of Saturday morning cartoons. When we were younger we might have watched for the far-fetched plots and non-stop action. But as we got older and puberty began to hit, we started to notice that some of our favorite cartoon characters were actually pretty sexy. The following six seductresses made us put down the cereal and pick up the lotion.

Shera (He-Man)

The princess of power was definitely on the top of that list.  Shera was pretty, sexy. and a blonde no less. That luscious mini skirt of hers was followed closely for the entire 21 minutes the show lasted. How did she ever manage to sit on Swiftwind with that outfit? Only Xena knows.

Lynn Minmay (Robotech)

Lynn Minmay, the hero’s girlfriend in Robotech, was one of the first  Japanimation characters that completely seduced us. The superb animation on the show made Lynn Minmay all the more real. Her beautiful voice combined with her amazing hotness made us want to jump through the screen and get to know her on a more personal level.

Cheetara (Thundercats)

Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats it went and Lion-O’s growing sword infused justice and passion to many hearts. While the team had several members (including that annoying pet, Snarf), the only desirable female in the bunch was Cheetara. Her sexy suit had young boys across the country wondering what was going on…down there. Elegantly fashioned, with a charming voice, Cheetara outshone all the men as well as the fighting on the show.

Jem (Jem and the Holograms)

Jem and the Holograms was about music company owner Jerrica Benton and her adventures as the singer alter-ego Jem. Although the show was mainly oriented towards a female audience, the boys made sure they watched (secretively) as well. The singing was pretty average, but  it was  Jem’s wardrobe that made all girls dream of becoming fashion designers or singers…and all the male viewers eager to watch.

Daphne (Scooby Doo)

Sure Shaggy and Scooby Doo provided hours of laughter, but let’s be honest, no one over 6 was watching for that.  It’s safe to say that everyone was watching for the always sexy Daphne. For a show about ghosts, zombies, and monsters, Daphne provided  some absolutely necessary hotness on the show.

Wonder Woman (Super Friends)

With Super Friends portraying many of our super heroes, Wonder Woman was probably the only character that served everything straight up. She dressed promiscuously, acted like royalty, and never apologized for either. It’s no surprise today that men are so into girls that dress up like Wonder Woman.
